1. Per K.S.A. 74-8750(a), each type of Table Game shall be approved by the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission (KRGC) by using the Gaming Equipment Submission Request Form, follow these steps

  2. The manufacturer will have an interested Kansas casino sponsor their game.  Notification to KRGC would be required from the sponsoring casino through the approval process of the table game.

  3. All manufacturers are reminded they must have a license with Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission (KRGC) and Kansas Lottery approval to sell gaming devices within the state of Kansas.

  4. Prior to full approval of the gaming device, KRGC may require a field test with a limited number of machines.

     

  5. As part of testing for the KRGC, gaming laboratory will prepare a concatenation of the various software images in use on each variation of Table game  for validation purposes.

  6. Additional notes that may help to determine strategies.
    • The manufacturer or owner of the game.

    • The name of the game.

    • The rules of the game.

    • The mechanism or game media (dice or cards, etc.)How many dice?

      • How many dice?
      • How many decks?
    • Betting structures.

    • A graphical representation of at least one full section of felt.

    • Additional note that may help determine strategies.
      • Previous analysis done.
      • Any similarity to widely recognized games like Poker or Black Jack, etc.
